Like any techie in the world, I’ve been following the Crystal’s story
since its appearance as a concept phone till a full hands-on in
Singapore during ComunicAsia. For those who gave the trade show a miss,
LG actually made a huge replica with a working transparent screen to
put on display. Of course, it was hard to come with a conclusion after
spending just two minutes with the phone. There were hordes of people
trying to get their hands on it too. About two weeks later, Mobile
World got the Crystal to ourselves.

Good for multimedia functions
Most entry level and midrange notebooks are generally dismal in the
design department, not to mention their-often shabby multimedia
features and battery life. However, I was in for a surprise with
Lenovo’s latest 14-inch family notebook.

Listen to your phone on your FM radio
Music players which play through FM radios are generally rather big
and are normally plugged into a car’s cigarette lighter socket. But the
BL@ST developed by a local company known as Lambda Mobile Apps looked
like a typical USB-drive and doubled as a Bluetooth headset as well.
