Image Sony Ericsson launched five new mobile phones at CommunicAsia 2008 in Singapore yesterday, including some mobile accessories. The five phones are the Sony Ericsson C905 Cyber-shot, S302 Snapshot, F305, K330 and J132 but the apple of everyone’s eyes (ours included) is the much-hyped C905 Cyber-shot. It boasts of an 8.1 megapixel camera and in terms of camera resolution, it is the highest outside of Korea when it is made available in Q4 2008.

Image Verizon Wireless and Nokia are planning to release a mobile phone in conjunction with the release of the upcoming superhero film, The Dark Knight. The sequel to 2005’s Batman Begins will debut in American cinemas July 18. The Nokia 6205 The Dark Knight edition can only be purchased online at www.verizonwireless.com from June 15 onwards.

Incredible Hulk goes mobile Print E-mail

Image Almost simultaneous with The Incredible Hulk movie’s debut last Friday, Hands-On Mobile Inc., a developer of mobile games and applications and Marvel Entertainment Inc., launched some personalisation content and also a mobile game version of The Incredible Hulk on selected carriers worldwide. Considering the great reception received by the action movie which topped the box office over the weekend, this is not a bad idea at all.

Flickr with your BlackBerry Print E-mail

Image BlackBerry manufacturer Research In Motion (RIM) has launched a Flickr uploading client for their renowned smartphones. The application will be available free for download and will allow BlackBerry users to upload their photos to Flickr.
