Almost simultaneous with The Incredible
Hulk movie’s debut last Friday, Hands-On Mobile Inc., a developer of mobile
games and applications and Marvel Entertainment Inc., launched some
personalisation content and also a mobile game version of The Incredible Hulk on
selected carriers worldwide. Considering the great reception received by the
action movie which topped the box office over the weekend, this is not a bad
idea at all.
Players can break through walls, throw cars
at enemies, crush tanks, scale cityscapes, dodge precision missiles and battle
The Abomination as you live a life on the run from the forces of his archnemesis,
General “Thunderbolt” Ross.
“This summer is an exciting time for Marvel
and we are excited to be working with Hands-On Mobile to create mobile games
that complement our latest big screen releases including Iron Man and The
Incredible Hulk,” said Simon Philips, President of Marvel International. “As
we’ve already seen with the success of Iron Man, fans are eager to continue to
interact with these beloved characters after they leave the movie theatres, and
mobile games are a great way to do this.”
