Apple lost to Samsung in Netherlands says newswire Reuters. Apple was trying to ban Samsung tablets in Netherlands over issues of infringing copyrights related to the iPad.

It's not a surprise that Apple and Samsung have been been battling out each other in different countries over Intellectual Property issues.

Apple had appealed in the Netherlands against a ruling which said that Samsung's Galaxy Tab 10.1 did not infringe or copy the iPad. The Dutch appeals court dismissed the appeal and witheld the earlier ruling.
