Go! Go! Google!

The Chinese device maker HTC is having Apple breathing down its neck legally for infringements of two of its patents,for "system and method for performing an action on a structure in a computer" and "real-time signal processing system for serially transmitted data". 

If Apple has its way no further HTC devices would ever see their way into US stores.

Apple's countrymen Google has vowed not to let this happen. The word from the top management in Google is that the Chairman himself Eric Schmidt assured the press at the Google's Mobile Revolution conference in Tokyo that Google would make sure that HTC won't lose to Apple.
