Two months ago, at a press conference, I told Maxis CEO Dato Jamaluddin that I was slightly sceptic about the success of 3G in Malaysia. My reasons, as I said then, was that both Maxis and Celcom would probably price 3G services at too high a rate for consumers to jump in immediately.
