Acer has launched the slimmer and lighter Aspire Timeline Ultra.

Aspire Timeline Ultra measures 20 mm thin,has the latest Intel Core processor, dedicated graphics for 3D gaming, a slim DVD-Super Multi optical drive, SSD/HDD option, Dolby Home Theater v4 surround sound, HDMI and USB 3.0 ports.

The 2-spindle design Aspire Timeline Ultra's PowerSmart long-life battery pack can run up to 8 hours and the Acer Green Instant can boot and resume in 1.5 seconds. 

The Acer Always Connect technology lets users manage multimedia and data on all devices even from sleep. Acer Always Connect can connect users online faster than conventional connections so that users can see updates of Facebook, Twitter and Outlook email instantly upon resuming.  Acer Always Connect can wake up the Timeline Ultra from a smartphone.
