LG showed off its 4G LTE smartphone the Spectrum. It has a 4.5 inch display. It is no AMOLED but no matter when it is HD IPS, which is comparable to the iPhone.
What matters is it is still not running ICS or Android 4.0 but only Gingerbread. The good news is if you're considering this phone there will be an upgrade to Android Ice Cream Sandwich.
As usual it has a pair of lenses, the back one 8 MP for 1080 HD video. A boon for sports fan, the Spectrum can stream exclusive mobile video content from ESPN and in HD at that.
In the US at least you can buy it from Verizon from January 19 at US$199.99 but with a two-year contract.
